Booking flights is left up to the client because arranging flight times, dates, carriers, luggage allowances, airports, etc is such an individual thing. Also, we don’t get any better rates with airlines than anyone else so there is no saving to be made by us arranging your flights.
Absolutely – we do return transfers to and from any of the 3 main airports. Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and Coolangatta. We can even do a combination. For example – flying into Brisbane and out of Coolangatta.
We ask all our clients what their preferred tee times are – early morning, mid morning or late morning. Wherever possible we book the times requested and unfortunately this cannot be achieved 100% of the time because of other bookings and members competitions but our strike rate is very high.
If the weather is wet and you decide not to play on the day we can rebook for another day if that is possible otherwise a refund is provided.
Yes. We have access to numerous resorts, motels, houses and apartments and we are guided by you as to where you would like to stay and what your accommodation budget is. Where possible we like to support our main resorts because that is how we get terrific rates that we can then pass on to you.

In most cases yes and if not we always look after our clients by stopping for groceries and other essential supplies at times that suit you. Nearly all the main resorts we use are located within easy walking distance to amenities, restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets, etc.
In South Eastern Queensland, the driest and most pleasant months for playing golf are between April and November with July, August and September being on average the driest months. During summer it can get a bit hot and humid.
A small deposit is requested once all the bookings are in place and we have provided you with a finalized schedule which has all your golf tee times on it. It is generally $100.00 per person in your group and it covers the accommodation deposits put down when booking your accommodation.
Yes. Our cancellation policy is simple. If you cancel a month or more before your trip you get a full refund. Any cancellation closer to your arrival date is case specific and is governed by the refund offered from the accommodation establishment. No golf is paid for in advance so you will not be out of pocket for any golf green fees.
Absolutely we can. The beauty of holidays on the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast in Queensland means there are numerous activities to participate in that do not involve golf. From fishing charters to sky diving and everything in between, we can arrange a river cruise to a day go carting, a day at Australia Zoo or Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary or even a Fraser Island 4WD safari – nothing is out of the question and can be tailored to your needs and budgets.
The smallest group we do a full transfer package for is 4 players because of the size of the vehicle and the associated costs of have a 12 person bus driving less than 4 people around. The largest group is based upon the amount of friends you have – there is no maximum limit.
Absolutely. We do this for many of our clients who like to have the freedom of having a car available for the days they are not playing golf and to be able to set their own schedule. This is a great way to take advantage of the discounted rates we can offer our clients.
